At Hogarth Chocolate Makers, we are passionate about crafting exceptional chocolate from the finest SLAVE FREE cacao beans sourced globally. Our small factory is dedicated to traditional techniques, where we meticulously sort, roast, and grind the beans, ensuring every step preserves the true essence of cacao. We believe in using minimal ingredients to highlight the natural flavors that are often lost in mass production. Each bar is handmade, from conching to molding and wrapping, reflecting our commitment to quality. Collaborating with Ana Aceves of Sugarcube Studios, we’ve created a unique chocolate bar that tells my journey from sailor to chocolate maker, celebrating the voyage of cacao to our shores.
